2025- New Development ( THERMO LAMINATED FOOTBALLS )
Adopting the same process of AIRLESS MINI BALLS, the THERMO LAMINATED FOOTBALLS in Size 5 & 4 are being produced using TPU cover materials and Winded SR Bladders inside. The ROTARY HIGH FREQUENCY MACHINES are used for outer cover EMBOSSING & PANEL SHAPING, which are laminated/glued on BLADDER CARCASS inside Forming machines. The new THERMO LAMINATED Footballs are good to meet FIFA BASIC and FIFA QUALITY standards.
2024- New Development ( AIRLESS MINI BALLS )
New AIRLESS MINI BALLS;
Starting in 2024, Bola Gema began producing Airless Mini Balls. The PU CORE Production setup, along with other modules of Airless Mini Balls production, was set up, and production started in 2024.
Outer Cover is processed using Rotary High Frequency machines for achieving Panel Edge Shaping & Emboss effects which are pasted over AIRLESS PU CORE inside forming machines.
2023- New Development (RECYCLYED MATERIALS & SOLAR ENERGY );
Rising demands for sustainable & environmentally friendly products encouraged to introduction of RECYCLED MATERIALS for producing Sports Balls. We adopted RECYCLED TPU FILM, RECYCLED EVA, RECYCLED RUBBER for Bladders, RECYCLED YARN for bladder winding & RECYCLED stitching thread for producing TPU MACHINE STITCHED BALLS, claiming these to be ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY balls produced using more than 70% recycled material contents.
Besides, we are using WATER-BASED adhesives & SOLVENT-FREE printing inks to make balls more sustainable and environmentally friendly. In an effort to be more suitable and environmentally friendly production setup, we have converted our production facility to meet 78% of our energy needs using SOLAR ENERGY.
2022- New Development ( TPU COVER MATERIAL PRODUCTION ) ;
We are pleased to announce the In-house production of TPU Laminated COVER material for Sports Balls. The TPU LAMINATION PLANT helps produce 4,000 meters (25,000 balls) of material per day in one shift. Since we have large capacity for TPU COVER MATERIALS, hence. TPU Laminated Material is being offered to Pakistan’s sports Balls and Bags industry and is expanding material sales to China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan & Korea.
TPU material cover is a sandwich material developed using TPU film on top, EVA foam in the center, and Fabric on the inner side. Various Textured films in different thicknesses, EVA in different softness & thickness and fabrics in Polyester or PC versions in different weights are available for customizing materials as per quality/budget requirements.
2020- RUBBER PRODUCTION LINE;
A completely renovated and compliant RUBBER PRODUCTION LINE is fully operational as of February 2020, producing Synthetic Rubber Bladders for Machine Stitched balls. HA Bladders for Thermally bonded Balls, SR bladders for Handballs, Volleyballs, Basketballs, and Butyl Bladders for Hand-stitched or Hybrid sports balls. With in-house controlled production of inner Bladders, we believe our quality has improved manyfold and for larger promotions, we can also control costs to some extent, thus able to meet client budgets without compromising on quality.
Rubberized Basketballs & Rubber Street / Playground balls are also being produced in our Rubber Production Line. YARN WINDING over bladders is done in-house, and at the same time, we are doing Fabric Patched Carcass in-house for our SMART SEAM BONDED production of high-end soccer balls. Currently have the capacity to produce 8000 bladders per day at our facility, which will be increased in the coming years.
2019- FIFA QUALITY PROGRAM;

Today, Bola Gema- Pakistan is a FIFA Licensee for the highest quality FIFA QUALITY PRO soccer ball ( Thermally bonded ), FIFA BASIC soccer Ball ( Thermally bonded ) & FIFA BASIC Soccer Ball ( MACHINE STITCHED ) category.
We shall soon be adding FUTSAL indoor soccer balls to our FIFA LICENSE program balls.
FIFA BALL TEST LABORATORY;
A fully functional SOCCER BALL TESTING Laboratory has been established in-house to carry out various FIFA QUALITY TESTS required for FIFA LICENSE program. This Laboratory helps us to perform all FIFA LICENSE related testing for our own needs as well as for buyers who are in FIFA LICENSE PROGRAM, could also avail our QUALITY TESTING services free of charge to get new models tested before sending those to FIFA-designated Labs.
2018- SMETA / SEDEX 4- PILLAR SOCIAL AUDIT;
We have been a regular SMETA member since 2018 and have an annual SMETA / SEXED 4 Pillar social audit at BOLA GEMA- Pakistan. This audit is a compulsory requirement of many of our EU clients, besides WFSGI requires this annual audit for continuing our FIFA LICENSE. Our latest audit, done in 2024, was based on VERSION 7.,0 which covers most modern social audit requirements.

BOLA GEMA- Pakistan is a GREEN STATUS supplier for producing COCA COLA SOCCER BALLS.
2015- FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED MANUFACTURER;
Since 2015, BOLA GEMA- Pakistan has had a long-standing affiliation with FAIRTRADE and has been a FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED manufacturer since 2015. FAIRTRADE social audits are conducted by FLO-CERT GmbH annually, which not only caters to strict social compliance but also verifies the use of PREMIUMS Received by the company against FAIRTRADE Sports Balls.
